Marketing communications and data collection

As part of the online submission process to receive our newsletter, request information (including brochure and guide downloads) or to purchase product and services we collect personal data. This is so that we can respond to your enquiries, provide useful and relevant information, news and material of interest as well as latest product and service information and promotional offers.

We use third party providers, such as Mailchimp, Jotform and Direct Pay, to collect, store and use your data to deliver automated email campaigns including our newsletter and other email communications to people subscribed to our mailing lists.

We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter and communications.
