Course Booking Terms & Conditions

How to Book

Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail. To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of £525 plus VAT (£630 at 20% VAT) is required, on receipt of which a pre study pack will be sent to you.

The pre study pack for NLP Practitioner includes the following materials, and are covered by the deposit:

  • a 20 CD audio set
  • a full training manual,
  • 3 reading list books: Magic of NLP Demystified, Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality and Hypnosis - A Comprehensive Guide

The pre study pack for NLP Master Practitioner includes the following materials, and are covered by the deposit:

  • a 26 CD audio set
  • a full training manual,

Study Pack Delivery

The deposit includes UK delivery of the pre study pack by courier to the personal or business address of your choice. A signature is required on receipt and the delivery can take place at any time of the working day, so you or someone on your behalf must be at the address to receive it. You may prefer to receive the delivery by post and therefore have the option of collecting the parcel from your local Post Office. This can be arranged for an additional charge equivalent to the difference between the standard courier fee included in our rates and the relevant postal charge applicable at the time.

You will be notified either by email or text when the study pack has been dispatched to you.

Payment Methods

Payment can be accepted via the following methods:  Cheque / BACS / Debit Card / Credit Card / PayPal.  Please note payments made via Paypal or debit/credit card will incur a 2% surcharge.

Payment of Balance

The balance of the course fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course in order to confirm the booking. In the absence of payment by this date the booking is considered cancelled. In these circumstances the pre study pack is yours to keep and the deposit is retained by us, Infinite Excellence.

Cancellations and Transfers

If having made a booking and you have paid either a deposit or the full course price, you then wish to transfer to an alternative course, this must be done no less than 30 days prior to the start of the original course date and is subject to availability and numbers. Fees are still required to be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to the start of the original course date. Revised attendance has to be made within 6 months of the original course date. If having made a confirmed (fully paid) booking you fail to attend the course or choose to attend only part of it, no refund is payable.

Cancellation by Infinite Excellence

A course will run as advertised subject to there being 3 fully paid bookings in place failing which it will be cancelled. We will where possible not cancel a course in these circumstances less than 14 days before it is scheduled to start.

Infinite Excellence also reserves the right to cancel any course at any time prior to commencement due to other circumstances beyond our control which make it impossible for Infinite Excellence to operate to the planned schedule.

In either case, if a course is cancelled for which you have made a fully paid booking you may transfer to an alternative date to take place within 6 months of the cancelled course. In these circumstances Infinite Excellence will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your wishes as to a suitable alternative. If after reasonable efforts by both yourself and Infinite Excellence it is not possible to agree a transfer of your booking you may claim a refund of the course fee less the non refundable deposit.

Infinite Excellence is not responsible for the loss of any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of a cancelled course such as travel and accommodation costs.

Discounts and Special Arrangements

Any discounts or special arrangements offered by Infinite Excellence must be agreed at the time of booking and will not automatically be transferred to any alternative or later booking.
